Originally from the Skagit Valley, Adam brings over 17 years of executive and strategic financial leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Flexure. A proud graduate of Gonzaga University, Adam began his career at KPMG LLP in Seattle, where he spent nine years specializing in audit and advisory services for publicly traded financial institutions, consumer product companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Raised in an entrepreneurial family business that experienced significant growth, Adam developed an early appreciation for the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling operations. This perspective has remained central to his professional approach.

For the past eight years, Adam served in leadership roles at a publicly traded retailer, first as Director of Audit and most recently as Controller for the company’s North American business. At Flexure, Adam oversees operational strategy and execution, with a specific focus on strengthening the company’s practices and driving the firm’s strategic growth. He brings a steady, solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge, helping the team and clients alike navigate complexity with confidence.

Beyond the office, Adam is committed to community service. He currently serves in various executive committee roles for the Archdiocese of Seattle, supporting the financial stewardship of parishes and Catholic schools across western Washington. He cherishes quality time with his family and finds joy in the everyday adventures of parenting 3 little ones. Adam loves to be outdoors, whether it’s scuba diving, hunting, fishing, or working on their property, he is in his element when being out in nature!
