Glennie is a Senior Accountant and Team Lead for Flexure’s Philippines team. She is responsible for closing of books and reviews. Glennie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and prior to joining Flexure, she worked as an accountant for several U.S. based companies for five years. Additionally, she served as an accounting manager in a corporate setting in the Philippines for eight years. At Flexure, she provides end-to-end accounting support tailored to each client's specific needs, including bookkeeping, making sure they have accurate reports, and handling month and year-end close processes. Glennie can also assist in budgeting and audits as needed. Clear and timely communication is a priority for Glennie, so she makes sure clients feel supported and updated every step of the way. What Glennie finds most fulfilling is helping lighten the load for her clients. Especially by keeping their books accurate and delivering timely reports. To Glennie, it feels very rewarding to be someone clients can rely on, whether it’s managing the numbers, meeting important deadlines, or ensuring payroll is accurate. Additionally, she has a passion for teaching, so she enjoys sharing what she knows whenever there’s an opportunity to help.

Outside of Flexure, Glennie dedicates much of her time to her two grade schoolers and enjoys the busy life of being a hands-on mom. On weekends, they love going on shopping trips, taking long drives, or visiting nearby beaches. She also makes sure to spend time playing with their cats and dogs.
