Hazzel is our Practice Manager here at Flexure. With more than 13 years of experience supporting executives, managing operations, and helping organizations put action to their strategy. Throughout her career, she has served as a trusted Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, partnering closely with business leaders across industries, including professional services, technology, healthcare, consulting, and manufacturing. Her background spans executive operations, people management, project coordination, process improvement, and client support, allowing her to bring structure, accountability, and efficiency to growing organizations. Known for her proactive approach and strong communication skills, she excels at building trust, managing competing priorities, and creating systems that help teams perform at their best.

Outside of work, Hazzel enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, who inspire her to embrace new adventures, stay active, and have fun. As a longtime remote work pioneer, she values the flexibility to balance family and career while continuing to grow professionally. In her free time, she enjoys walking, biking, dancing, connecting with friends, and exploring new ways to challenge herself both personally and professionally. She's currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration, further strengthening her expertise in leadership, operations, and organizational growth.
