Josephine is a Senior Accountant for Flexure’s Philippines Team. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and her responsibilities include payroll processing, managing the closing process, conducting month-end reviews, and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Prior to Flexure, for 8 years, she worked as a junior officer (GL) at a bank in the Philippines, where she also managed a small team before moving overseas. There, she spent 12 years as a company accountant in various industries. Her last role involved handling the accounting for a group of 4 companies, supervising staff, and implementing controls and processes as needed. Josephine’s approach to building a solid relationship with her clients involves understanding their challenges and leveraging her knowledge and resources to resolve their problems efficiently. The most meaningful aspect of her role is when she can take a complex problem a client is facing and provide a clear, effective solution. Seeing their satisfaction and knowing she’s helped them overcome a challenge is really rewarding.

Outside of work, she enjoys watching Judge Judy, which allows her to learn about U.S. laws and aspects of American life. On weekends, she attends church with her family, followed by dining out together.
