Liliana (Lily) Cervantes is a Accounting Services Specialist at Flexure, where she supports clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and onboarding to ensure their financial records remain accurate, organized, and compliant. She assists with transaction processing, reconciliations, and payroll support, helping clients maintain efficient and reliable financial systems.  Lily earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Spanish from Western Washington University.  While in college, she gained hands-on experience through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, where she helped low-income individuals prepare their taxes.  Before joining Flexure, Lily worked for four years as a teller at Banner Bank, where she developed strong skills in customer service, transaction accuracy, and relationship-building.  She brings this blend of technical expertise and client-focused service to her role, making her a trusted resource for both her team and clients.  She believes the most rewarding part of her work is knowing that she can help clients feel supported, understood, and confident in their finances.  She enjoys building trust and being someone clients and Flexure staff can rely on.  

Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending time with family, friends, her partner, and her dog.  She loves visiting amusement parks for the thrill, relaxing on a boat and lake days, and cheering on the Mariners and Seahawks.  As someone who was raised in Skagit Valley, she values staying connected to the community and caring for those around her.
