Melody joined Flexure in April 2025 as Executive Assistant, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in high-level administrative support, C-suite and leadership team coordination, facilities management, and company culture development. Known for her strategic mindset and hands-on approach, Melody plays a key role in supporting Flexure’s leadership team and contributing to a positive, efficient, and well-connected workplace. Prior to Flexure, Melody spent over 23 years with a publicly traded mall and online retail company operating more than 600 stores across the U.S., with sister brands in Australia and Austria. Throughout her tenure, she was instrumental in the company’s growth and success, building a reputation for her reliability, creativity, and commitment.

Melody currently resides on Whidbey Island, just north of Seattle, her hometown to which she recently returned. Alongside her husband, Scott, she co-owns a local auto repair shop. Together, they have two daughters and a lively household of furry companions. Melody enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and supporting and promoting small local businesses through social media content and lifestyle guides. As both a seasoned professional and fellow business owner, Melody brings empathy, understanding, and a collaborative spirit to her role at Flexure. She is passionate about supporting clients with care, creativity, and practical solutions that reflect their unique needs and goals.
