With a career spanning both public and private accounting, Travis brings a well-rounded perspective to advising business owners and leadership teams. He began his journey in the Moss Adams Business Owner Succession Group, helping clients navigate complex transitions, and later led McNett Corporation - an outdoor consumer products company - through a period of significant growth and its eventual sale.

Today, as Founder of Flexure, Travis focuses on business development, strategic visioning, and new service creation, leading Flexure’s planning and advisory teams. His role is primarily that of a trusted advisor and coach, working closely with clients to clarify their goals and guide them through critical decisions—from incentive compensation to business transitions. Travis is known for asking the tough questions others shy away from, helping clients achieve clarity, alignment, and lasting results.

Outside of work, Travis is a family man who treasures time with his adult children. Whether tinkering on his boat or chasing adventure and fish on the water, Travis is happiest outdoors, soaking up all that nature has to offer
