Manager
The Role
The Practice Manager plays a key role in leading Flexure’s Production Team to deliver high-quality, timely service across all client engagements. This is a non-billable, internally focused role requiring expertise in interpersonal communication, technical aptitude, organization, project management, and demonstrated leadership.
What you’ll do:
Own and manage project workflows across CAS and advisory services, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met.
Hold team members accountable to deadlines, commitments, and internal priorities; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Coordinate day-to-day operations including scheduling, documentation, internal communication, and client service support.
Organize and manage recurring work cadences to support production consistency and team alignment.
Remove administrative burden from billable advisors to increase capacity and efficiency.
Build, refine, and implement processes and workflows to improve execution and scalability.
Support adoption of AI and technology to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
Own proposal and contract management, including drafting, tracking renewals, and maintaining accuracy in the proposal system.
Track and report on key operational metrics; prepare dashboards and reporting for leadership and All10 meetings.
Coordinate internal meetings, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and follow-through.
Support leadership with planning initiatives, special projects, and firm improvement efforts..
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in practice management or operations in a professional services firm.
5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proactive, self-starting mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities.
Proven ability to manage workflows, drive accountability, and execute in a fast-paced team.
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
Confidence in holding team members accountable in a direct and professional manner.
Experience building and improving systems, processes, and operational workflows.
Comfort with technology, automation, and AI tools.
Working knowledge of accounting environments sufficient to support workflows and communicate effectively with technical team members.
Education:
4-Year Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience in professional services operations may substitute for formal education.
